Hello everyone, and welcome to my second post of this week. Today I would like to talk about self-development. Something I have struggled with a lot. And finally, I was able to fix and achieve my goals slowly. And I think some of us have gone through the same thing. Let’s see how to avoid ruining your progress to be successful.
I will be talking about what it means to ruin progress. And how it’s important to avoid doing it. Also, what is the result of both situations? Everything that I have learned over the past few years about this. Because you must know it.

Well, let’s talk a bit about ruining progress. And I wanted to mention it like this. Because I feel like you could have progressed in a lot of things in life. from the time you start doing it until you finish or achieve your goal. We call this a process, and every time you move forward, that’s progress.

You won’t be successful until you finish and achieve something, aka your goals. Some things could ruin that and make you either slow down or stop. That’s the opposite of what would happen if you didn’t avoid it.

This is something I’ve gone through a lot of times before. There were a lot of struggles that led me to learn and challenge these. However, I wouldn’t say I mastered it because I’m still working on it. But some things helped me.

So, today I would like to share my perspective on what helped me with how to avoid ruining your progress to be successful. I am writing this post because I remember the last time I got through this. Since I learned, I haven’t let it make me slow down or stop.

The progress of a lot of things could be ruined. If that happens, it will take time to be successful, and sometimes you won’t even make it. Therefore, it’s very important to avoid what I will mention because it will help you succeed in life.

It took me a long time before I was able to avoid it. Sometimes you wouldn’t even notice it. I’m talking about this from previous experience. And mentioning the list of how to avoid ruining your progress to be successful will be the same. Feel free to share your perspective and thoughts about this.

When you don’t ruin the progress and finish it until the end. Then, you will be successful. That means you achieved your goal, which is why you started doing whatever you did. Maintain the process to be able to keep up with the progress. This is what it will be about.

1. Don’t lose focus until you achieve it and be successful.

I’m not going to lie, I did this a lot of times. And it always makes me take more time. And that’s not good. So, when you start something. Do not lose focus until you achieve it. Sometimes I would lose focus a few steps before I achieved it. Maybe when I think I’ve got it when it hasn’t even been achieved or is still in the works. Something would occur and ruin it for me.

Some people will multitask when they are almost at the end of achieving their targeted goal. And something would happen that could ruin everything. If it won’t ruin it, it will slow it. Well, that’s another way to ruin the progress.

You will be successful once you are done and have completely achieved everything. Other than this, you still need to stay focused on the process. Because if you lose it, all your progress will be ruined. So, I highly recommend avoiding losing focus before you achieve your objectives.

I hope I explained it well. And you guys get the point I’m trying to make? If you have been through something like this. Let me know in the comments. Well, over time, I figured this is not good and why I added to this list how to avoid ruining your progress to be successful.

2. Avoid adding distractions until you have completed your task.

Any form of distraction is not good for you while you are still progressing. It will only lead to more struggle. Sometimes you will be so distracted that you lose track of your progress. And you will need to start all over again. which is not something anyone would want to go through.

No matter where you are in the process, as long as you haven’t achieved it. You are not allowed to be distracted by anything. This can also be related to the first one. Because when you are fully focused, you will avoid any distractions.

Sometimes you will feel confident a few steps or a few hours before you achieve the goal. That could be a gap that causes you to lose it. Trust me, I have been through something like this. And the same thing happens when gaming. As I mentioned in my first tip. Things in real life can be somehow similar. Regarding the progress and process.

And if you want to master and learn how to avoid ruining your progress to be successful. First and most importantly, you will need to avoid being distracted until you are completely done with whatever you are working on.

3. Stick to the schedule and add more when you are done.

I think I’ve had some friends who did this. And it didn’t end well for the progress. Sometimes you think there is room for more tasks, while you are still progressing. This could have two results, depending on how well you can handle things.

Sometimes you will be able to get through it even after adding more tasks or more things. But most of the time, it will get heavy on you and let you slow down. Maybe it will be a reason for you to ruin the whole process,

So, if you are not sure that you can handle things. I highly recommend that you don’t add anything until you are done. You can practice this before taking on more tasks, but don’t do it when it will hurt your progress. That’s not good when trying to be successful.

Assuming that you have a schedule and tasks to do. Well, try to stick to them until you are done before adding more. This way, you will make sure that your progress won’t be ruined or slowed by doing that. Therefore, I added it to this list of how to avoid ruining your progress to be successful.

4. Stay hydrated and don’t leave yourself hungry.

Another thing that could ruin your progress. Now, this will be important when you are still working during the process. But in a short period, things can be achieved in a short time. Because some things could take a while and you are still progressing even when you are not working.

Well, it’s important to stay hydrated and don’t leave yourself hungry. This way, you don’t lose it and ruin your progress. I recall feeling tired and unable to concentrate on my work because I was hungry or wanted to drink water.

You will need to take care of yourself. If you want to keep up the good work. When you have a long day and things should be achieved by the end of the day. This is when you will need to pay attention to this. Make sure that you are well fed and hydrated all the time. It’s important to learn how to avoid ruining your progress to be successful.

5. Enjoy the process, but pay attention.

Last but not least. You can enjoy the process and keep progressing. But sometimes we feel so comfortable to a point where we forget about the time. And we need to achieve them quickly. This could be a reason to ruin the progress.

You can enjoy the process, but don’t forget or get too comfortable. Because you will end up being late or something happens that ruins the progress. Therefore, make sure to end it and pay attention to a lot of things during the process. Therefore, you need to learn how to avoid ruining your progress to be successful in doing this.
